I discovered the sauna 22 years ago.
Due to water restrictions and subsequent sauna closures in my country,
I built a wood fired sauna in my garden.
I sauna every day.
Sometimes twice.
I hardly ever get sick.
I have covid now and I’m taking it a bit easier inside there,
but I’m continuing.

If you have the space and means to build one, do it.
Nothing on this planet is more luxurious and healthy than your own home sauna.
It is the ultimate way of life!

Dr. Rhonda Patrick has a lot of good info on saunas as well. Since I started using the dry sauna since last October I haven’t taken any of my migraine meds! Love it

I use sauna time after workouts and on off days to help muscle recovery. 6 days a week for 20 min. This is a useful tool to incorporate into a healthy lifestyle

I'm here because I have bipolar depression and exercising feels almost impossible. I want to at least try the sauna in hopes to maybe feel a bit better. Thank you for the information.

Dry sauna? And you said to be sverige. Oh. It goes like this.1. Take quick shower 2. Go to sauna 3. Throw some water to hot rocks in "kiuas"
4. Enjoy steam 5. Take another quick shower and repeat.
You can do it daily, if no heart problems.
No shower, your sweat smells.
Hello from Finland, home of Sauna.

Hey, get some fresh aloe gel on those hands. It prevents sun damage to the skin (wrinkling).
We want to put in a wet sauna. We already live in a dry sauna (southern Arizona :) A wet sauna knocks off lung and skin bacteria as well as funga disorders and so on. Happy New Year!
