It clears my skin overnight. Everytime. It's crazy and it's what made me eat it more because I ate it once before bed and next day, my stubborn blemishes turned into tiny dots and faded. The lutein thing is very true too. I use to wake up at night and in the dark, one eye would always seems like it couldn't see as well as the right eye in the dark. I noticed when I got up at night, this left eye completely did something different. What? I do t know but it improved.

I try to eat 2 bunches of kale, and 4 beets a day. I love my bitter vegtables. I crave them. Yay for kale!

Kale is really a superfood. I do kale and mix of berries shake. It really helps me with bone pain, regulates my menstruation cycle, etc.

I make a pesto from kale with toasted walnuts, oilve oil, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Super tasty as a dip with veggies, and super healthy!

I would never ever think of blending vegetables to drink, like I thought a green shake?! Yuk!! .... But then I discovered Dr Berg videos, this guy makes great sense of everything!
Frozen Kale shakes with the blueberries and kefir, I never looked back. OMG!!! It is heaven! I cant get enough of this stuff, thanks Dr Berg❤️🙏🏽

Out of all the vegetables, kale is the most effortless to eat for me. Transitioning from mainly junk food to a whole food diet is not easy, but I just love kale and eat it everyday and look forward to eating it!

When I got tired of kale smoothies i just boil it (yes I know it reduces the nutrient content) but what’s nice is you can add some nutritional yeast and a tablespoon of butter and it makes a delicious broth. Oh and while it’s boiling add a smashed garlic clove to compound this super food broth with a nice antioxidant.

I made a soup with cabbage kale onions and mushrooms. It was so good. I love cooked kale. I hope it's just as beneficiary cooked.
