I took creatine and it showed benefits but never really researched what it did just that it worked somehow😅 so this was really educational

After starting creatine, in just a couple of days I saw a huge increase in how long I could work out. I didn't add more reps to my sets, I added more SETS to my workout. My 5x5 bench press jumped to 8x5 in a matter of days.

Thank you for this. I started taking a creative supplement because I’m at that point in my workouts and my body where I can start gaining strength. Ive only been taking it for two days now, loading for the first five days, and I can already tell a difference in myself. This is insane. I’ve never been like this before.
