Just a small little tweak I wanna make to the ATP stuff. ATP isn’t just used in lifting heavy, or doing cardio. It’s used for everything. It’s the body’s natural energy source, and it’s what your food breaks down into through the digestive system.
Aside from that super small detail, this video is actually really informative

I take it and it shows as elevated creatinin levels on blood tests. My doctor was worried my kidneys was in danger then I told him I took creatin...ok no worries.

Can’t stress it enough that diet has a huge impact on the amount of ATP energy your body produces as well. Theres no use in taking creatine if your not eating properly. If you want maximal results, implementing diet and having a decent understanding of macro intake is essential. Creatine is merely an additive, and while it works, there are many factors which will determine growth.

Make sure to also take it consistently if you are going to take creatine because doing it inconsistently will not allow your body to get consistent ATP, therefore losing out on energy and potential gains when lifting.

Its a common misconception to take it sparingly, or even time on-offs. One scoop daily is the absolute correct way to intake creatine, and you can mix it with your protein shake to make it less gross!

I really agree there are time when i was still new to working out i took creatine for like a month with no results after a month that was even when i stopped using it thinking it doesn't work that i actually started experiencing all the benefits, working out longer Nd muscle mass increasing

I had so much energy and power when I took creatine. It was amazing, other than the fact that I got a fat gut and my stomach looked like the Pillsbury Dough Boy. I tried everything I could do to lose the water weight around my stomach, but it was nearly impossible. I must have had an adverse reaction, but my stomach retained what looked like 5 gallons of water. Not even joking. I gave up after 6 months of it.

Should differentiate the three energy systems and about how ATP is used for all energy demands in the body. That the Adenosine Triphosphate Phosphocreatine (ATP-PC) system being the one that mainly provides the ATP that powers intense activities with maximum effort for up to about 10 - 15 seconds.

Also that creatine supplementation is basically pointless for endurance athletes.

So it just helps you work out more when you are tired, well why can’t I just push my mind and body to workout further even when I do get tired, without this and get the same results?-Of course that is more challenging but it’s possible for sure.

I just started using GNC creatine monohydrate. Today is my 3rd day. First day was ok but second day i felt digestive problems, headache, dizzy, soar throat. I am drinking 3.5 L water everyday. Should i stop using creatine or just continue ? Are these initial side effects or will it last long??

Too much can be bad because your body can produce a lot naturally. Get a blood test first. Then sure you can use a good quality creatine. Helps more when your getting bigger.
