From dlssg-to-fsr3-0.100 (Universal) folder:
Double click dll.version folder
Copy both .dll files
Open game folder (where b1.exe is located)
Double click b1 folder
Double click binaries folder
Double click win64 folder
Paste the .dll files into the win64 folder.
Launch the game as you usually do and the dlss option should allow you to turn it on.
Note that your nvidia graphics card needs to be RTX

Wow. This is how "optimization" videos should be. I usually don't bother watching these, cause all they do is what i will do on my own, just kinda eyeball it and see if they notice any difference.
