This is placebo and this "fix" comes around every time a new Unreal Engine game comes aroubd. The Stutter is from the engine. You cannot do anything about that.

Thank you for making this, at the very least, playable!! I’ve been waiting to play this,
pre-downloaded prior to grueling travel. Got to where I’m staying just to have crap internet so another day of disk upload. Sat down to play after work and just stutter city. Completely unplayable. This made the game at least that. I still have some stutter and glitch but it is not nearly as bad as it was and is manageable. I would like it to be smooth though so, if you have other tips, please post them!! Sounds like it’s time for an upgrade for me.

This is not needed anymore as we already have Game Mode enabled and it does the same thing by prioritizing the heavy application that running over anything else including your Steam launcher or Discord whatsoever. 🤷‍♀
