It’s literally a trial and error to find the right dosing. I went through some crazy stuff before I found the right med for me. Personally, I take an extended release Adderall and the crash isn’t bad.

I’ve been thinking on talking to my doctor about this too. I have a lot of the adult ADD/ADHD symptoms.

I think I have ADD. Not necessarily ADHD. But, I have a hard time because I make mistakes because of being so in my head.

The crash is the worst. My first time on too much I played piano for 8 hours.

Instead of doubling at once split the time by half and take half at each interval. Like you want clarity 9-5 then 8-8:30 and half way through the day the other half

Just a heads up tho, if you get a dose that is too high it'll make you feel like the medication isn't working (currently going through that at the moment and it's absolute hell)

My doctor won’t give me the drug that has successfully treated my ADHD…because it’s a stimulant. I also have a condition that causes severe fatigue, that would be helped with….stimulants that don’t have additional chemicals (like coffee). So, instead I spend 90% of my life in bed, unable to concentrate and falling asleep randomly when I am out of bed.

Pharmacogenetics... Or, pharmacogenomics. Either way, get tested and find out what meds actually work with you on a genetic level.
