First Week on Adderall Done! Okay, so I'm now one-week into my therapy treatment and my Adderall treatment for ADHD. So I wanted to give you guys an update on how that's going!!
It's been pretty mixed reviews! I have had my ups and downs, but I genuinely believe the combination of both treatments is really helping me and making a positive change in my life.

So glad I came across this. My day one, felt nothing. Except really sleepy all day and had headaches all day and night. Did not expect that. Then watching this it makes sense…I gotta stop the coffee. Hope once the caffeine withdrawal period ends, my week two will be better. Thanks for posting!

I'm on Day 4. This was so helpful. I had 2 cups of coffee yesterday, because.... Coffee. And I had awful nausea and overheating.... Hate that coffee could be the reason!!

thank you for one making these vids i havent be diagnosed with adhd yet but im going for testing in like 2 weeks. And for two, PUTTING THE FUCKING VIDEOS ON YOU PLAYLIST IN ORDER FROM OLDEST TO NEWEST LIKE A CHRONOLOGICAL PLAYLIST SUPPOSE TO BE! Cafeine addiction is a hell of a drug, I weened off narcotics but still cannot give up caffine and cigarettes, coffee right now feels like an extra stimulant on top of the adderall and im really really addicted to that feeling and without it i feel very drained emotionally and physically. Sleep has been a problem definitely. Caffeine was a controlled substance until the 20th century for a reason.

I'm going 12 turning 13 in 2 months, and have been drinking coffee since I was 7 ;-;
I haven't been drinking it that much lately ever since my brothers friends told me how unhealthy it is :P
Meds seem like a life saver, can't wait to see Month 1 :D

I am finding this all very useful. I have a question, im due to start meds in two weeks, however the nhs in my area dont provide counselling sessions, were they linked in your experience or did you have to go looking elsewhere?

I'm on day 3.

First day was almost identical to what you described. Like, it was so good I cried.. I was able to power through work with hardly ANY distractions I had a cup of coffee which could have effected it..
The second day was a good day as well but I had a pretty bad crash at around 4 PM..

Today is coffee withdrawal day.. It only worked for like 2 hours the first time and 2 hours the second time so it was pretty shitty.

I just was diagnosed with ADHD and I started taking Adderall a few days ago. Has anyone ever had muscle twitching or pain as a side effects from Adderall? If so does it get better after a while?
