You gave me two of the most valuable words i have ever heard. I have complex PTSD and i was in a very very dark place mentally and i thought to myself "don't do anything rash, find a video and hopefully someone will say the magic words that help me calm down." Sure enough, one of your videos came up (i can't remember which one it was, i think it was about how to deal with anger), and bingo, you said the magic words that have really been helping me to find peace when my mind is in chaos. Those words are "I'm safe." I say those two little words to myself throughout the day and i can't tell you how much that has helped me. I thank you with all my heart,

I have tears🥺 thank you so so much for this video! I struggle so much with this when it comes to family, because I don’t feel comfortable communicating with them how I really feel. Wow! This idea of taking the pressure off the other person by communicating our mood is exactly what I do with my boyfriend. I had to ask him to return the favor and it’s helped tremendously! It seems so obvious but in reality SO many of us try muscling through our emotions at the expense of the emotional well-being of those around us. Thank you both for this video! Love your work.

Beautiful video from the both of you :)
Thinking about what you've talked about in this video, maybe I feel agitated at work sometimes because I usually walk in there really fast, getting my heart rate up, and then trying to speak to customers and colleagues 'calmly'.
