Personally, two to three days before the period, the irritation, the unsettled mood, wanting to argue, feels ready to be triggered and fight, then few hrs into low mood and want to cry. With the first release I want to love everybody, sudden happiness.
I tried changing diet, it didn't work, but all these combination works. Best solution will be aware of your symptoms, document and expect them, stay away from people who annoy you, decrease life responsibility, postponed any frustrating task and ask for help especially if you have youmg children, long long bath, massage, essences, movie, cry without believing the negative thoughts, walk walk as much, water water, be patient and let it pass.🙏

I tend to feel extreme anger so I channel that into exercise and I feel so much better

The rage I feel a week before my period made me understand how people commit murder. It’s no joke. I also can’t rid myself of the awful energy via exercise because I suffer from chronic fatigue, which further infuriates me 😭

Prior to this video I watched another medical professional suggest prescription after prescription - then when she mentioned that lifestyle change could also have a tremendous effect on mood - a clip came in saying 'but are you actually going to make all of those changes' 🤮🤮🤮🤮 thank you for laying out a more natural path the healing rather than a bandaid to cover the symptoms. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 bravo! TPO north of 600 off they're lab range and low total cholesterol less than 130, ratio is fine but I know the total is dangerous and my Doc didn't agree, what a shocker.
I love the way you are whatever it is about you.

suffering from extreme rage, jaw clenched for HOURS. feel so angry from the Teeniest thing. feel like im worthless.
i am normally completely opposite of this, very cool and things dont bother me much, my actual person is happy and loves people.


pretty sure ive had pmdd for years. Its just getting worse and worse. the rage is what brought me here. NEED help. can't stop screaming. almost threw my phone because it was a bit too loud for a second. Oh man i need some serious help with this rage and also for the hopelessness.

I also have fatigue for more days out of the month than i can count. cutting out caffeine to get through work is practically imlossible...B vitamins help ZERO.

Great video! I'm curious about some of the supplements. I am being treated for post partum psychosis and still have pmdd every month. Would you know if these supplements would work with Lithium? I can't seem to find interactions on the web.
