Welcome back to my kitchen! Today, I'm excited to share a mouthwatering recipe for Rice Paper Prawn Dumplings. These dumplings are not only delicious but also incredibly easy to make. Perfect for appetizers, snacks, or even a light meal, they’re sure to impress your family and friends.

Ingredients:

- 5 Rice paper sheets
- 10 Jumbo prawns
- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- Ginger
- A few bunches scallion
- One medium size carrot
- 2 oz of mixed mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp Chinese five spice
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
Optional: your favorite dipping sauce

Instructions:

1.Prepare the filling by finely chopping the prawns, garlic, ginger, carrot, mushrooms and scallions. Mix them together in a bowl with Chinese five spice, salt, and pepper.
2. Soften the rice paper sheets by dipping them in warm water for a few seconds.
3. Place a spoonful of the prawn mixture in the center of each rice paper sheet, fold the edges, and roll them up.
4.Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the dumplings until they are golden and crispy on both sides.
5.Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Just a tip - mushrooms need to be fried in salted butter to bring out their taste. Fried in large slices first, with some pepper, then chopped.
