In today’s yoga practice, we ask, “Am I working harder than I need to?” There is some work today. (You have to wait till Day 8 for a total RELAX.)

You are working, but not any harder than you need to. See if you can let your breath do some of the heavy lifting today. Experiment.

Learn to soften around hard edges. Practice softening in hard times.

Can a rise of a breath guide you into a pose?

With regular practice, I start to experience a feeling in which I am living in a body that is working for me, rather than against. Pro-tip: activate your breath - and let it do the work for you.

I have sobbed after each session so far . The emotional release for me is amazing! As soon as I hear the music too! I have moved so many times in the last 9 years and have not felt stable or truly home. I have very few friends and my family are not like me at all so feel very alone most of the time. I am truly lucky to have a very strong connection with my partner and daughter though but have still felt very lonely for so long. The connection I feel to you and the community is so strong and I most definitely feel at home. Thank you so much. Eternally grateful 🙏🏼🌸💕❤️

I cry my eyes out after every session ends, and sometimes throughout. I'm in recovery and this has been the main motivator, I've never stuck to anything in my life but I feel like if i can get through these 30 days that will prove to myself i can do something that i set myself to do and then maybe this will give me the courage and self-esteem to get a life again. Thank you Adrienne; I couldn't have done even these last few days without your guidance! Namaste xo

At that exact moment the sun burst behind the clouds and made my whole living room full of light. It was honestly such a magical moment, thank you for today's practice! And everybody doing this practice today: we got this! <3 xxx from the Netherlands

Does anyone else have the feeling of ease/soft "I am doing it!" after each practice? I enjoy the solo experience of doing yoga in my pj's with my dog in the room ... but I enjoy also knowing that lots of "friends" are also practicing with Adriene. How does she do it? I am thankful, Adriene.

I started this while the coronavirus took over. I have a lot of free time and it is perfect for these days. Dont stress about the world for half an hour a day.

I started crying around 19:53 because I legit felt so unfit because I was having a really hard time and I feel like everyone in the comments are always talking about how happy they were during the session and I felt like I was the only one struggling a lot but after my mini crying session I finished the video because I made a promise/commitment to myself and that’s all that matters💖

This is a practice I was dreading a little because it’s 7am here before I go to work. But I managed to get up and on the mat with no expectation to myself. I have to say this is the first day I really enjoyed. My body and mind loved it today. Thank you Adrienne and everybody practicing with me. Namaste

Back to work today after a two week Christmas break wasn’t sure how I was going to fit in this practice before work. I’m so glad that I did it as I feel amazing and ready to start the new work year ahead. I felt more empowered today knowing that others were softening, inhaling and breathing out all together. I love this yoga it lights up my life as I’m sure it does yours too. Thank you! xx

I'm two years out from a battle with brain cancer and have found it really hard to do any sort of exercise since...doing these videos each day has made me feel energized and like I'm finally getting back into doing something good for my body! My cat and I have done them together every night :) Thank you for posting these!

Anyone else get their breathing a bit mixed up and am breathing in when adriene says exhale 😂
Also straining and shaking a little when I'm meant to be softening. Hopefully I'll get better 😘

I’m doing this practice during Ramadan and today is the first day of fasting for me, . Even though I feel hungry, this practice made me feel full spiritually in my soul.

I felt so calm in Extended Child’s pose I almost fell asleep. This is the magic of yoga. It gives you energy and at the same time calms you down. Thank you, Adriene. 🙏

It's about time I softened up a bit after spending some 7 hours of being burried in the snow after a snowstorm hit near my house. I'm doing this while wrapped in a blanket next to the fireplace. Thanks, Adriene for the yummy practice after such a rough ride. Keep shining as you've always been. You've got this everyone. Namaste.

When Adriene starts counting down to the end of the plank and in the meantime she starts discussing various ideas and suggestions. We know you are cheating, we're not here just for "5" !! 💚 Loved today's practice!
