Your Day 7 yoga practice begins with a little self-massage and yoga philosophy - so if you were thinking about missing today’s practice - don’t. This hands-free session offers an opportunity to re-balance the body after your first six practices, providing relief in the shoulders and wrists while initiating grounding energy to help you get in the right mindset for week two.

This is not just the bendy, stretchy stretch practice you might anticipate. No way, we said we were going all the way HOME.

Stretch your mind’s eye, your imagination, and your awareness a little further beyond the physical body today.

(Don’t fret, your body will get a nice opportunity to stretch it out too.)

I'm currently confined in my small appartement in Paris because of the Coronavirus. I did this practice in front of my opened window just to feel like I was outside, and as I was doing the star pose, the biggest ray of sunshine fell right on me. I felt quite magical. Hope the community is ok, and everybody stay safe at home <3

After each session, I read the comments and it feels like I just finished class and I'm mingling with my classmates. Doing this during covid-19 quarantine as well! Stay home and be safe <3 Adriene is a blessing!!

I actually started crying at the very beginning of Day 7.
For me, this journey is all about self care, being only with myself and my thoughts during these 30 minutes, and coming out of it feeling connected and relaxed.
Today, I kept being interrupted during my practice. I got frustrated and broke down crying. The thing is, had I not been on this journey with you, Adriene, I would've stopped and not done this practice today. Instead, I paused the video, sat down, closed my eyes and just breathed. After 5 minutes I got up and started over. I'm proud of myself for not giving up today and persisting on just being with myself today for these 30 minutes.

I'm a 75 year old in Canada during covid and am doing HOME for the second time. I have set an intent to reacquaint myself with yoga during my isolation. It's been years since doing any yoga. This is my second time through HOME. Some days I repeat a few times. But to see how I have improved this second round is so heartening.If I can do it, anyone can do it. And stick to it. It is easy to come home every day, because of how wonderful it makes me feel and the improvement I see in myself. Thank you Adriene.

Day 7 - We’re here 🙏🏾 I almost lost my son yesterday (he’s 3 years old and stopped breathing for no reasons)
I thought he was going to die right in my arms but thank God he’s ok (for now) and I’m grateful to have him by my side 🙏🏾
I know day 7 will help me release any tension from yesterday 🧘🏾‍♀️

Have a good journey everyone and stick to this 30 days ! We’ve got 23 days to go 💪🏾

at the end of this practice I found the voice in my head whispering to me: "Home is where the heart is", and now I can say that I finally understood what this quote meant because I never really understood it before. Thank you Adriene for this amazing practice. Thanks to everyone who's practicing yoga today. Have a great day! 🙏✨

Good Morning everyone. I just wanted to connect and say thank you to Adrienne and everyone here. This is not the day I expected my body to release some of the stored stress/trauma I carry in my body. But today was one of those days for me! I am a mental health therapist and I know how important it is to encourage and incorporate yoga into trauma healing but today was super impactful for me and J wanted to share!

Nearly crying with relief that I won't have to do any Down Dogs today.... I nearly didn't show up this morning because my abs, shoulders, biceps, triceps and forearms are all sore! Adriene really knows what she's doing folks ;) I didn't know what Zip Zap Zop was but I recognised 'She's the One' from 'Cabaret'. Nice one!

I had the craziest experience at the end of today's practice that I wanted to share! During the last part of the practice when we were inhaling and bringing our hands up to the sky I listened to my body and felt an energy in between my arms as I brought them up and then I felt it come to me as I brought my hands into my chest. On the last round I closed my eyes and I felt/saw a gold/yellow energy as I inhaled in and exhaled to bring it down it entered my chest and gave me an energetic feeling in my heart.

Sorry if that didn't make sense, I don't know quite how to describe it but it was a super interesting experience!

Quarantine has taken both mine and my husband’s jobs from us. For now. We are dealing with the uncertainty. However, being together, practicing yoga, and finding a routine has helped us find joy. I always feel magical and relaxed after a practice with you! Namasté.

What I love about your 30 day "challenges" is that I never feel like I have to force myself to do it. Everyday I'm looking forward to doing some yoga!!

fun fact: in Hungarian, the verb "to breathe" is "lélegezni". However, originally it was spelled "lélekezni", with a "k". "Lélek" means soul, or spirit. I remember my primary teacher pointing this out to our class back when I was 8-9 years old...🌟

Ohh yes!! I can still feel my abs from yesterday's practice so I figured why not give everything a break and get stretching instead. My calves are the worst when it comes to tightness, and the most stubborn as well. Looking forward to growing at least an inch taller after this practice. My body and I thank you, Adriene for this delicious treat of a practice after a major butt-kicking yesterday. Enjoy the ride everybody. Namaste.

Doing this in quarantine in my small apartment and when I was in Star Pose I imagined hugging the world and I could really feel it.
