I am not a morning person and never have been. Here lately I’ve not been able to sleep until after 2:00 am and it’s causing me to wake up too late in the day to have a full day. Loved the video and will try it out on Monday.

Started waking up at 5.15 last week. Hit the gym before work, feels great rigth from day 1. Starting to get up at 05.00 tomorrow to have at least a full hour in the gym before work.
Havent been in a gym since i was 18, im 30 now and recovering from a herniated disc and mental trouble because of bad reaction to some foods. Sugar and additive free for some months now. Live is good, only getting better.

If I’m staying up very late (until 1-3 am) and sleeping very late (until 11-2 pm), should I try this “cold turkey”? I recently tried it and later had to go back to bed for a couple of hours.

After years of struggle, I forced myself to wake up at 5am for over a month. Then I went back to the old night owl schedule!!

The earlier you get up no one cares but you. It’s like the gym. Everyone’s more invested in themselves. It’s all for you if you wake up earlier than usual. I use too and have conquered. Wake up 7am and go to bed 9pm. So amazing 🎉
