Time to focus on the upper body with today's sculpted arms workout. This HIIT style upper body workout is full of my favorite exercises to sculpt and tone the biceps, triceps and shoulders. Get ready to feel the burn!!

Breakdown: 2 Upper Body HIIT circuits 45s work + 15s rest x3 rounds each.
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.

*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

I’ve been using Heather’s workouts since the gyms closed at the beginning of quarantine. I’ve never seen such an improvement in my muscle tone, strength and overall figure. So many people have asked me how I’ve been able to do it and i tell them i have a yoga mat, 10+15 lb dumbells and a resistance band, that’s it. I honestly don’t even think I really need the gym anymore! Thanks Heather 😊

This is the longest I’ve ever consistently kept up with a program! I haven’t missed a day, 5 days a week and here we are on week 12. Even when I was paying for gym programs I couldn’t keep up! Thank you so much for keeping me motivated by just having an amazing program Heather!

I'm back, missed a few days over the last two weeks due to not feeling well, its allergy season. But I must keep moving forward. In the final week. I am so proud of myself for continuing to show up. #LetsGo2024.

Strong arm workout here! Starts like, 'okay this'll be fine' but nope, cranks up into 'wow this is really tough' territory FAST. Awesome arms, thank you Heather!

Yowza! Did anyone else have trouble picking up their glass of water after this? (I'm actually also struggling to type right now, never knew I needed bi- or triceps for that). Heather, you are so precious for offering all of these videos for free, they are amazing and effective. <3

Oh my lord almost physically sick working in this heat. Those push I’m gonna have to start at week one again after this to see if I can get enough strength to just do ONE! Happy last week everyone 💪🏻🙏🏻

Wow, I've read some comments before started and I was so dreaded, specially as I have some pain in the back of my arms from Cross-country skiing. But somehow I managed to push through ... Yes, some were tough ... specially the second circut was challenging. But I am so proud to be getting through. 4 more workouts and I am done with round 1 of 12-week program. Thank you, Heather, it is amazing.

This is my second time through your 12 week program!! Finishing week 12 just in time for Christmas. I made the mistake of doing your 1 hour no repeat mash up yesterday, so this workout was killer today! Your workouts are my favourite Heather! Thank you for everything you do, you are amazing!!!!
