Week 7 Day 1 // Arm Toning Workout // Biceps, Triceps + Shoulders

We are sculpting and building strength in the upper body with today's arm toning workout! Targeting the biceps, triceps and shoulders with a series of weighted exercises plus we will get in those quick cardio bursts to keep that heart rate up. Completing each upper body exercise 4 times before moving on to the next will really help lean out and sculpt those arms. Oww Owww. Let's do it!

Breakdown: 10 reps x 4 straights sets
Equipment Needed: dumbbells, stability ball + exercise mat or other soft surface.

*Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual! Ball size should be chosen based off of your height. I highly recommend using the ball as it provides additional core and stability work but you can always use a bench, ottoman or perform many of the same exercises on the floor.

I never took a day off since day 1 ate healthy everyday AND TODAY is the first day i did every set, rep and took 0 breaks during the workout and completed it while i still have some energy left LETS GOO

This workout allowed me to actually rest between sets, since I wasn’t jumping on and off the mat and grabbing (or putting down) weights during the ‘rest’ time.
I was happy to actually get a few seconds of rest between sets! This one went quickly for me, even tho’ my arms are still burning!

This one was fun, and I'm so thankful for your program! ❤️ My arms felt like jelly during the second set of inchworm tucks, but I got it back for the last round.

I've always had very weak arms and would get frustrated trying to strengthen them. I can credit my new blossoming arm muscle tone almost exclusively to you and your workouts! This is the strongest they've felt and looked in my life. 💪

Well, I needed a change from a workout that I invented and have been doing and tweaking for years...this is perfect! I can't do everything that you do (59 years old with semi-working shoulders) but I keep moving and modify what I have to. Thank you for breathing new life in to working out for me. My husband has been on board since the beginning of week three and he is killing too. He is a former, big-ten basketball player, so his knees (at 62) aren't able to do certain things, but he keeps moving and we always complete the workout. He has finished 4 weeks and I am halfway through...thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!! This has brought joy back into my workouts!!!

Hi Heather I just wanted to comment once more. I have been following this program for the past 7 weeks and last week I commented on a video for the very first time because I was feeling discouraged. Not once during the 6 weeks prior did I comment when I felt amazing after a workout or completed a day where I crushed it and for that, i want to apologize. Anyone who comes on here to watch your videos know that is top-notch quality work we are getting for free! There are thousands of influencers out there who don't even spend a minute in the gym, they snap a flick with weights in their hands and try to shove down all their mediocre products down our throat for thousands of dollars. So I say all this to say thank you for everything you have done up until this point. Your generosity doesn't go unnoticed. Almost there!

Oh yeah, shoulders and burning and hands are shaking. Intense, muscles are activated. Going to rest up for the weekend and get back into the grind come Monday morning. Hands down Heather!
