guys note that shortness of breath may have nothing to do with a damage to your lungs iv had this i made a CT scan my lungs were oki and the culprit was iron deficiency anemia 2:50

After walking for 1 hour and fifteen minutes I do breathing exercises for 15 minutes. I do this every day early in the morning 6 days in a week. I am 82 years old male.

The toxic chemical usage during the plandemic is killing me. I've had more asthma attacks in the last 6 months than I have in the last 20 years. The rona won't kill me but these "sanitizers " will.

Tomorrow is my "Quit Smoking Day".
My doctor asked if I ever tried the patches and I told him, "Yeah. But they were too hard to light". 😂
But seriously, I got up today, first thing + me + my pup, Duke, walked for 25 minutes.
I like fruits and veggies so I'm stocked up on 🍇, 🍌 and 🍅 + bell peppers and bottled water.

Quitting smoking is so hard. Stock up on sunflower seeds, hard candy, suckers, gum, cinnamon toothpicks, and whole cloves - all good to chew/suck on to help get over those nasty I-need-a-cigarette cravings. The longer you go without smoking, the easier it gets. God bless all who are trying!!

Keep in mind if you occasionally smoke it is not as bad as half a pack per day and you can keep your lungs more healthy. So cutting down a lot can help tremendously.

I wish I could quit smoking cigarettes… I started when I was 12 and now I’m 39 years old and I have COPD, emphysema and can barely breathe… I’ve started vaping instead but my lungs still hurt! It’s got to be the hardest thing to quit… Just thinking about quitting makes me want to light up!

I do breathing exercises daily and drinks alot of water and blend..ginger..carrots and lemon and drink daily cause am a heavy smoker..2020 am stopping smoking 🙏it helps alot thanks

I still smoke 2 a day...I feel way better, but I still can feel the 2 I do smoke..🤦‍♀️..I only drink water, except on weekends I enjoy soda. I practice breathing techniques..I can say this video is on point!!

With all the exercising ive beeen doing tho i couldnt just stick with salmon i had to add a variety of protien to my diet, well because i didnt want to get mercury poisoning,
