Solution: Do the things that everyone already know to do. Eat well, sleep well, exercise well, and limit consumption of bad things.

People really underestimate how important a healthy balanced diet is to our body and how even small amounts of junk food can have drastic effects on your body . In the end the quote “ you are what you eat” does have some truth to it

I was amazed what a well balanced whole foods plant-based diet done for my health. But I won't call it a cleanse, I called it food and I got my health back.

When I eat mostly nuts, fruits and veggies with about 4-8 oz of meat per day and a couple servings of yogurt I feel amazing. My body and skin looks better than ever.

So glad To see this posted here. I’m a personal trainer & nutritionist and every time somebody asks me about detoxing or tries to convince me on including it in my programs it makes my skin crawl. Great video!

I once had a bad gall bladder. My dr. wanted to put me on drugs and look down the road to surgery. She thought I was crazy when I told her I was just going to clean it. She told me to come back when "whatever it is you are going to do" doesn't work and she would put me on the drugs. After a fairly easy cleanse and 10 years later of no problems I know at least 6 people who have had their gall bladder removed for much the same symptoms as me. I know our medical community tries hard but in many areas they are vastly misinformed.

By friend was a hard core alcoholic who drank for 35 years, did massive amounts of hard core drugs, got pancreatic cancer beat it in 8 months by using chinese herbs to cleanse liver, cut out all sugar, grains, processed food, no dairy, only ate organic diet, quit smoking drinking and drugs. Still in remission 7 years later.

Go from eating pizza and fast food for most of your meals to eating oatmeal, fruits, and veggies. In a few weeks you feel so good its unbelievable. Wish I did this earlier. Nobody ever thinks a bad diet will catch up with you when your in your 20's but then you hit 30 lol.

Could this person sound any more condescending? I went on 40 day fast which included lemon water in the morning, fresh squeezed citrus juice in the afternoon and dark leafy green juice in the evening. Changed my life !!!
