Today's At home Leg and booty workout is a real burner! You'll fell those legs and glutes start to tighten and tone in this quick circuit - perfect on it's own or as a leg day finisher. Get in as many controlled reps as you can during the 30 seconds with minimal rest as you transition into the next exercise.

I was just scrolling through the 10 to 20 minute workout playlist hoping there would be a lower body focused workout. This workout targeted the entire lower body region and gave me a great challenge in a short amount of time. Loved it! Please make more of these for the lower body. Also, thank you for doing this important fundraiser for black women and girls, and for being an actual ally instead of just pretending like others have.

I would definitely recommend this video for any runners, especially those with weak hips or glutes. It’s a great warmup done once and I’ve gone through this video 3 times as a strength workout too. Very versatile and effective!!
