I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2015 after trying to conceive for a year with my husband, with no luck in sight. While looking through videos for PCOS i came across your channel. I honestly felt defeated all these years trying so mamy diets for extended periods and working out with no results. Watching your videos is giving me hope again. This looks like a perfect workout to do around the kids 👌🏽 no money, no equipment for the kids to touch, so no excuses!! I’ll be giving this a go in the morning 💪🏽 it’s been almost 2 years since I’ve been to a gym/worked out
