Actually, the bar tilts down to that side because you're stronger there. Your body doesn't want to put as much weight on the left as on the right so, you end up doing more work on your right than the left. This is especially true if you're right handed, left handed folks tend to be more balanced

Found my imbalance and I train with dumbbells on the bench. My right side shoulder was dropping compared to the left. Did a lay stretch on the right side, the y trap raise you showed in the video and it seems to be getting better.

Great vid MK. Not many YT vids on this subject. 90% of the tilted BB bench press syndrome is due to a weak trapezius and/or malfunctioning shoulder rotator cuff muscles. My left side tends to lag a bit. I've put myself through shoulder muscle strength testing many times... you need someone to help with these. My infraspinatus and supraspinatus were always weaker on my left side. I do special DB exercises to help with this, but it doesn't correct it completely though. Also, doing dumbbell bench presses instead of barbell bench presses seems to help even things out too because each side is working more independently. My advice for young trainers is to do more dumbbell pressing... doing heavy barbell bench presses for years and years eventually damages your shoulders (mainly the labrum) due to the wear and tear... doesn't matter how strict your form is.

It can also be because of the grip. Btw I see when you bench press, your forearms aren’t perpendicular to the Barbell maybe try making them perpendicular it might be more comfortable.

My bar is consistently crooked from empty bar to heavy weight. I think I have a mobility issue from shoulder dislocation years ago I’m not sure.

I am also facing same issue, what I observed is when I contract my scapula and chest up (before doing bench press ) my right hand side is going low when compared to left hand side, that is why it is tilting.Here my question is whether my right hand is weaker or left hand?please suggest

My bench isn’t going like up and down it’s going like side to side it’s not slanted almost like a helicopter neither is higher than the other just uneven

Bro can you please help me out! My bench press is uneven from last 2-3 weeks and IDK the reason behind it. Before that everything was alright but from last 3-4 weeks. My bench press is tilted toward left side. So what does it means? My right hand is weak or lagging behind??? Bro please reply if possible I'm hell confused 🙃
