2nd to last movement is espcecially my favorite. It remeinds me of the "Centering" movement for the Spleen/Pancreas (Earth). Also feels like something Dr Strange would do. haha. Thank You

I started Qigong at home 5 days ago and while practising, I feel a tingling and refreshing sensation going on in my head, sometimes like movement inside top of my head, vibration on my ear, and as I am dealing with a chronic issue in my throat which also starts to tingle, guess it is a good sign, don't need to be afraid, I guess it is energy flowing through blocks or something, isn't it? Thank you for your great work 💙
