For those asking about the shoes, they are the Vivobarefoot shoes Motus Flex in Bright White - Vivo is expensive, however great quality. There are cheaper brands out there!

I'm coming off 4-5 weeks of neglecting my workouts. Today is my first day back. These exercises felt so good! The version of an Adduction exercise was something I've never tried. Very clever, and felt awesome!

Ive been going gym for so long now, but this is the first time in a long time outside of maybe people like Jeff Nippard, where I've seen a gym video with value. I've been doing a couple of these for a while now and ever since alhamdulilah have not gotten any injuries!

these are great! like a body daily vitamin. two moves that i'm surprised you left out: (1) squat (my personal fav is a slant board deep slow squat, gently working the knees side to side to improve hip mobility and (2) some sort of thoracic rotation like a banded, one leg bent thoracic twist or a world's greatest stretch move. so important to get better upper back mobility to take the pressure off of our lower back.

Would these make a good dynamic warmup? And if so would you ever do a follow-along style video? This is my first video of yours I've seen and it looks like that may not be your style but they make it easier for me to learn a routine. Either way thank you for these! I hit 30 and started getting so many injuries. Youtube has been a great resource for helping me feel more strong and confident. I appreciate these detailed description videos too since they help me know I'm doing it correctly.
