1. Seeds (chai, sesame, poppy & chia)
2. Cheese
3. Sardines & canned salmon
4. Almonds
5. Certain dark leafy greens (collard greens, spinach and kale)
6. Milk

I think cheese and milk should be counted as one, since the calcium comes from the same place. .. a cow. Listing them separate suggests you should have also listed collard greens separately from kale. yes, I know I am nitpicking. . .

Milk or dairy in general is actually one of the worst sources of calcium. It is best to get it from plants where there are no catches

Why are you banging on about ounces? Kris is from Iceland, you sound like you're somewhere in between ZA and AU. The US is 4.7% of the world's population - please address your audience - the other 95.3% - properly!
