Watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries are my favorite plain fruits.

Most fruits make me more diabetic,
I go for more of the bitter stufff like celery cucumber aloe Vera nopales with skin then take out the juice parsley cilantro mints basils sage rosemary thyme watercress green papaya ash gourd winter melons onions

If you need flavor you can put a sweet fruit, or carrots beets radishes but I rather put in lemon/lime salt & pepper cayenne pepper chili pepper fruit vinegars Ginger or turmeric Anything you like.

Then squeeze all the juice out in a nut bag, I try To drink 32 Oz but it is hard when you have to juice for your family on a budget.

Pooping is extremely smooth. 😊
