Since eating high fat foods for past 2 years never felt better, I'm 60 back to same waist size when 18, after years of eating grains low fat thinking it was good for me, was fat and sluggish. Thank God for YouTube videos like yours.

I am one of what I am certain are hundreds of people who have experienced life-changing results after educating myself with Dr. Becky’s videos starting back in September 2019. The low carb, high fat eating info I have learned from her has become a way of life for me, and I’m down 42 pounds with no plan to alter what I’m doing. Dr. Becky, if you’re reading this I just want to thank you ! I was one of those people who always thought that low fat was the way to go, and learning the truth was so eye-opening and liberating . I love the foods I eat . Truly, hunger is not an issue . Because of that I have willpower that people can’t comprehend. Ha ha. Once again thank you, and may our Lord Jesus Christ continue to bless your efforts.

LOVE this video. I have eggs, nuts, yogurt, avocado, and chia seeds almost every day. I WISH I had salmon everyday. 😋 When I eat healthy fats at each meal, along with adequate protein, I definitely notice lower sugar cravings throughout the day. I recently made a yummy cob bowl last week with chicken, avocado, cheese, hard-boiled egg, grape tomatoes, bacon (I know....controversial but so yummy), peas, and edamame.

Thanks to your plan and other on line education, I dropped to an ideal weight and am now on maintenance lifestyle eating these foods that we all thought were bad. I have eaten more full fat yogurt, blueberries, cream, avocado, etc in the last 10 mo than in the last 10 yrs. Cut out sugar, cut down carbs with your plan as a guide. It's doable but is hard getting it into the mainstream unfortunately.

You could use 4 of these in a smoothie! Yogurt, avocado, walnuts, & chia. Just add a few berries & a bit of stevia to make it sweet. I like to experiment with smoothie "recipes." :) Thank you Dr. Becky!

My local Walmart seems to only sell low fat or nonfat yogurt. Of course I live in an area that's behind the times on everything.

very good, as a guy in his mid 50s now that, for various reasons (depression) let himself go for the last many years, I find all your information and inciteful way of speaking a refreshing aid in my journey back to better health. I recently found that I am diabetic, which runs on family but as I havent a sweet tooth Ive never had any problem with sugar until last month, or as I have felt poorly for over a year and half it is good that I have finally went to doc to get checked out, I quite smoking, after smoking for most of last 40 years and now am working the Keto ideals and enjoying myself :)

That was very helpful. You are very easy to listen to without any hint of “preaching” & explain everything perfectly. Thankyou very much!
