I actually just signed up for online therapy earlier today. I think it's great that you include talking about therapy in your videos, it makes it feel more "normal" when the people who inspire you discuss therapy so naturally. Thank you. 🙂

Excellent video Nicole with easy and realistic recipe ideas. Great that you took the vaccine and I got my first dose in March and the second dose is due in June. I took it more for the benefit of any vulnerable people that I am in contact with ( it's restricted at the moment but the lock down is being eased so potentially either the number of cases of COVID will increase or we will find out if the the number of cases is reduced) it is uncertain what will happen.

Congrats on getting your vaccine! 🎉 Yay! Love your comment about exercise not looking the same everyday, just like your food. Listen to your body--yes! Great idea to put leftover dahl on potatoes/veg--I am going to try that one. Thanks for another great video! You are one of my favorites. 💚 P.S. The best thing I ate yesterday (too early today yet) was soy curls baked in harissa sauce, topped with a dollop of tzatziki, along with a carrot salad and salad greens, plus a slice of sourdough bread. Delicious!

I made red potatoes and "just egg" for breakfast today. I put some hummus on top and it was excellent. I also like making bowls with potatoes (curry style), rice, hummus and some sauerkraut for dinner. It's the best.
