Leaders, like social hierarchies, have been around for tens of thousands of years. One thing has always been true: a strong relationship between a leader and their people is based on the trust that the leader will have their back.

Simon is an unshakable optimist. He believes in a bright future and our ability to build it together.

Described as “a visionary thinker with a rare intellect,” Simon has devoted his professional life to help advance a vision of the world that does not yet exist; a world in which the vast majority of people wake up every single morning inspired, feel safe wherever they are and end the day fulfilled by the work that they do.

Simon is the author of multiple best-selling books including Start With Why, Leaders Eat Last, Together is Better, and The Infinite Game.

Everytime I've listened you, I find myself inspired to become an even better version of myself. What I am already is because of your unbelievable effort to make a difference in this world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Hey YOU, incredible person reading this...The truth is you are confident and good enough already with who you are, where you are at and what you have right now to have the success you want in life. Don't let others define what “success” is for you. Get up, learn that skill and go after it! I believe in you so much! Have an awesome day! - Love, Nat ❤️

Make no man your leader.
What the world needs is not more “great” leaders,
But more individuals who are a living example to others in the way that they live their lives.

With power comes GREATER reaponsibility. I love how he says "feel protected" and "have their back". We got to and NEED TO stand for one another for ALL to flourish!

According to me as a leader, it is my duty to inspire, guide, and empower others. I strive to lead with integrity, empathy, and a clear vision. I prioritize effective communication, active listening, and fostering a culture of collaboration. It is my responsibility to provide support, recognize strengths, and nurture growth in those I lead. By setting a positive example and serving as a source of motivation, I aim to create an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute their best.

It's true the perks of promotion come but with a lot of responsibilities and stress. I remember I was working 14 hours sometimes and just thinking it was the hustle, until I felt burnt out and then Turned my life around realising its about working smart not hard only.

Simon, thank you for so clearly explaining what leadership is about. I have seen so many of videos and have read your books, to understand my success as a leader from a scientific standpoint has been therapeutic - thank you.

Being a leader comes with responsibilities and that's important.
Capitalist societies and structures have failed us drastically in that regard, as they leaders are only invested in looking out and for themselves.
They are not alphas, or leaders, but parasites.

It is also worth noting that the study which led to the term 'alpha wolf' is flawed. True wolf leaders do so by doing what you described here - looking after their pack, not by being the strongest or most aggressive.

These days people are all jealous of your success even if you help them guide them show them the way stick by them they are always jealous and threatened by your success well at lease . mine in my case. Willing to put myself second for others to be successful in my line of work for a program but there’s some things that you have to be selfish about in order to get to the top
