I like how you explained the wider stance and feet pointed a bit outwards when doing barbell Squats. That was something I saw a difference in when I was in highschool. I try to explain to women that it's OK to have a wider stance. It helps with completing a great squat in the workout!

I think you need someone to actually watch your form... following an app is great... but customized programs don't work if no one is checking if your arms & legs are going the right direction
