I think it's a good idea, but if you bake three things that need to be baked at the same temp. For example, brownies and chickens have slightly different temps, and time.

Chicken and brownies...no. the infused scents, the micro splatter, the different cooking temperatures and durations...i can use it to customize the same food for different diets (keto lasagna, vegetarian, and regular for example) or foods that go together (pizza, meatballs, and cannelloni)

It is a baking utensile for cakes. If you pore cake batter in all three of them, post baking you don't have to cut three equal slices to construct a cake, you got the three slices already.

I would do three proteins, for example, or chicken seasoned three ways, maybe. Prep veggies together maybe too.

The raised bumps are also probably to prevent sticking with an uneven surface. Makes a lot of sense to have multiple of these if you make large batch meals. Would save on baking paper too.

I don’t think this is the intended use of it. Meal prepping is when you make large batches of a single food so you can quickly get it when you need. To use it you would put the same thing in each section, since you are meant to make lots of a single dish

Yeah, it seems it would work best for items with the same cooking times and temps. So, cooking lemon pepper potatoes, spicy potatoes, and garlic Parmesan potatoes would work…or even like 3 different Mac and cheeses…it seems like a great pan when used correctly.

You could also use this pan for deep frying food. Flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs it’s own section

Not sure how I’d feel about cooking chicken right next to brownies. Especially when you consider splatter from under cooked chicken going all over the top and soaking into those brownies and then the brownies not being close to done. Might as well just put the chicken in the brownies and go from there..

The whole appeal of sheet pan dinners for me is that the flavors and juices meld together to make it taste even better. This one is a pass for me.

That’s a good idea and also not at the same time… the brownie didn’t bake bc the temp needs to be higher, but then the chicken and veggies would burn. Definitely a cool concept though…

cook all 3 together, then as the first item is done take that out and let the rest cook for the required time...n if 2nd n 3rd item too need different times just take the 2nd one out and let the last one cook
