I thought your video was a perfect demonstration of the malinois. Even a fully trained malinois is crazy and a full time commitment. I've worked with a handful of Belgians and they have all been like this when not working and as soon as you give them a job, they are right on point. You can put the most positive video up and people will still find something to criticize. Don't let it stop you from doing what you do! Love this breed and all its quirks :)

The YouTube-verse is full of experts, critics, know-it-all, keyboard bullies and sprinkled with occasional good advice. I am glad the comments didn't bother you much. As a former Malinois owner, I took your previous video "Do you want a malinois" as a little satire and cautionary information about Malinois ownership more than a study on how well your dog is trained. If you are ready for one, they are great to own and train.

Your first video about owning a malinois was the most honest video about owning one I have seen. It stopped me getting one as I thought it would be similar to my German shepherd I had. After learning just how hyper they were I decided to go for a less demanding dog.

pretty sure you demonstrated pretty well on how well that dog is trained. people freak out cause it was going crazy. you were just demonstrating their activity levels. lol great video btw

Hi. I'm from Belgium, near Malines. Your video is exactly showing what it is to live with a Malinois : most people only see what these dogs do when training or performing in contests. When they are not "under command" they are exactly what you're showing: hyper-active. PS. there are many very good Malinois dogs, working dogs, that are not suitable to living in your house... in the past, they protected farms and were almost always kept outside.
