Constantly doing the same thing with mine. She is a female extremely protective. I found her in a kill shelter in Jacksonville, Florida. She had 12 hours to live. And she's the best dog I've ever had.

My big boy is the same. Rough play but zero possessiveness with his toys or food. I can reach into his good bowl or simply take it away with absolutely zero aggression towards me. 3 plus years and he's never once shown me any aggressive behaviour for any reason. He's amazing. 100+ lbs mastiff x boarder collie x black lab mix. He's even fantastic with every single dog he's met. Couldn't ask for a better pup
