For my braces ties they do like a infinity symbol thing. Mine doesn’t go on like that…( just saying)

Tip from someone who wore braces for 5 years.

Darker colors bands are stronger, especially black/blue.

You don't need tweezers lol. Just use your finger. Put the band on the top pegs and roll it bellow the bottom 2 until it snaps into place.

For canine brackets with the long peg put it on the long peg first and role to the other side, fingernails are important lol.

For parents, don't be a$$holes and don't make food your kids can't eat. Don't be like my parents and then blame me for costing them 20k because it took so long for the braces to come off. I was always breaking bands, but never broke a bracket (which is surprising)
