im so annoyed at my orthodontist, she keeps sending me back home after our appointments and tells me to see her in 2 months but everytime, the wire slides across and right now it's poking my gum and cheek and its rlly painful :(

This actually happened to me a few nights ago. It popped of when I was eating pizza. I went into the bathroom and I used my finger to push it back into place.

Oof remember having braces years ago!

One particular time a wire had come out and bent, the putty did help a little bit the edge scarred the inside of my right cheek.

Wish I'd have been told about the nail clippers !

What no one tells you is that not all wires will cut with clippers and that you can't put wax on back teeth and get it to stay there without becoming a choke hazard

I had sleep apnea braces that i just ended up giving up on since they pulled on my teeth so hard that i woke up with horrible cramps in my jaw for a month straight. The dentist made multiple corrections to it but to no success. What would you recommend i do next?

It’s not the wire that’s the problem you see those little hooks on the brackets. Yes, those things are like razor blades on your cheeks but we’re not gonna talk about those.
