omg! whoever is letting you get metal ones is wishing on ur downfall! i don’t have them but i do have the clear braces which would make you think “what do you know about metal braces?” trust me, i’ve broken my braces too many times and scratched up my inside cheeks from the wire which is metal

I just got my braces tightened today and I got metal ties on mostly all of my brackets. Luckily they put the single ones on top so it isn’t painful!

I had double ties and those power chain thingys (idk what they're called) to pull the gap in my teeth together

One of my braces hooks broke off, and I can't use my rubber bands. I also can't visit my orthodontist right now. Any suggestions?
