hi i just wanted to say thanks for the awesome video, i've had alot of back pain problems these last few years after a spinal fusion, and after watching your video im starting to realise that i was leaning forward without the hips putting way to much load on my back instead of doing a proper hinge cant wait to be able to use my back to pick up things instead of abusing my knees..

I'm trying to, but it seems like there's something I'm not understanding : when I'm doing it, it seems I'm just sitting(?), like sitting down on an invisible chair... Also, how do we know when our back is arching? Mine just do weird thing the moment it's not vertical...
