What if re-installing everything doesn’t work? I just got a new HP notebook and it won’t find device even though the game is running on my monitor. Works on my old one but usb ports are loose so it hard to capture without it coming out that’s why I got a new one…someone please before I throw it out the window lol

Bought a Capture Card back in 2016, haven't needed it in years since I switched to PC gaming. Though realized I needed it for my Switch I found it collecting dust in my spare cord box, and had this issue with it. I was about to throw it out assuming its just old until I found this video. Followed the steps exactly and now my capture card lives once more.

This fix still works for the HD60X in 2024 👍 Uninstalling it from the device manager was the step I was missing.
