Turns out you simply pointing out that "just because I could not see the game bar did not mean I could not record" is all I needed to learn! I opened the web page I wanted, hit the windows + alt + r keys and boom! I was in business! Thanks!

Your Edit Group Policy suggestion at 2:09 of your video fixed it for me - for some unknown reason Recording was disabled there on my laptop and after much searching your video was the only place where I found that suggested, so kudos to you and much appreciated! Cheers

Can somebody help me. I went to my gaming settings to turn on the option to record game clips, chat whit friends, etc. But everytime i close the settings menu or go to a different tab it automatically turns off again. Does anybody know hoy to fix it?

This may work but I cant say, Ive tried everything to fix my recording issue and yet it still wont record. I have yet to find a fix for it, in the mean time I will have to use OBS but OBS lags all my games.
