This is a 7 day yoga challenge, where we'll focus on different body parts for 7 days..

Day 6 - Full Body
Day 7 - 21 Rounds Surya Namaskar

At Yogbela, you'll find a new tutorial every Wednesday. The tutorials will be be designed for beginners to advanced level yoga practitioners.

Today's practice taught me I need to work on balance, I was frustrated, sweaty, fumbling and falling all over the place. By the end I gave myself grace. My body, my muscle memory, the functions, whatever the appropriate word is, doesn't have these movements in it's storage, and instead of being frustrated with myself I am going to work on that. We are going to learn. This challenge is being so good to me and my body 🙏

Done with day 3 practise. Todays practise was intense and i realised left side balancing was even more challenging for me. Overall as usual a very good and sweaty session😇

I knew my balance is weak, but I realised I am below novice level. 😅😅
So, after this weekly challenge.. My objective is to improve my balance.

Dear mam. Done with 3 day yoga challenge. Am get light pain and it's very difficult for me. But have very happy mam. Starting difficult but ending feeling so well and happy mam. Uffff.... Today's balancing asanas were quite challenging for me. Though couldn't get it as perfect as you suggested, i still completed them and happy for that. Thanks for the day 3 yoga challenge. Looking foreword to tomorrow's challenge 🙏🙏
