My hips are so tight; this was definitely the hardest one of the 7 day challenge for me. But I am looking forward to doing this all over again over the next 7 days!

I love doing these “days of the week” videos, and especially the Friday one after a run. Question about the “booty drop”... is your “dropped booty” meant to be resting on the ground, or just hovering. I’m never sure. Thanks!

I love this challenge! At the beginning of the year I practiced yoga every day for at least 30 minutes. Then I caught a cold and paused for a couple of weeks. Since then I've been trying to come back to my daily routine, but until now I always struggled. Your 7-day-challenge is a great help. Thanks for uploading!

This 7 day challenge is the basis of my home yoga practice.
It is a great set of positions and transitions, each giving a real sampling of the particular "flavor".

Am so glad I pushed myself to do the 7 day challenge. Event at 6 months postpartum, I struggle to practice daily. This is my favourite routine so far.

Lovely practice! I like that you dont talk too much. You explain the poses very well and give time to do them without talking all the time. Thank you for these nice 15 yoga minutes!

I find this to be the most challenging video in the series, but it may be because this is my first time doing it. Even so, I loved it! My hips feel very relaxed now.

I'm probably not the least flexible person in the world, but it feels like it sometimes, haha! This was great. I'm really enjoying this challenge. I'm more energized and I can even tell a difference in my mood the past couple of days. Thank you for these videos!

Thank you for all your wonderful videos 💙 at first I did feel as tho, compared to other few yoga videos/YouTubers that I watched, you hold poses longer, and some can seem harder to do, but it’s exactly what I need in order to improve! I could not do the booty roll 😂 and I love how calm and peaceful the workout is, especially at the end, no music, no distractions, just pure presence! 🦋
