Welcome to day 7 of the 30 Day Improvers Yoga Challenge. Today's 25 min restorative yoga flow includes a slow and steady sequence of poses intended to help you relax and reset.

In today's class we will move slowly through a restorative sequence of poses to help you fill your cup ready for the next week of the challenge.

After this week it's getting easier to focus on my individual journey instead of comparing my progress to others and telling myself what I 'should' be able to do. Seeing your combination of grace and strength, your ability to keep a calm voice in the most challenging of poses, it makes me feel like I have many years of progress to make in my yoga practice, but that's starting to make me feel excited instead of discouraged. The only peak pose I was able to achieve this week was crow pose, and then only for a few seconds, but I look forward to returning to these poses in the future. I really appreciate all the progressions. Thank you Charlie! Hope everyone else is enjoying the challenge and learning about themselves 💜

Love this flow and come back to it when I have over done the gardening. Also love the setting and the chickens in the background.

I've enjoyed showing up every day to the mat, this yoga challege is for sure more demanding for me than what I've previously been doing. But it feels great to step out of my comfort zoone and evolving through the challenge <3

I didn't realize how much I needed this restorative yoga flow . This class gave me a few more poses I can add to help loosen up my hips. Thank you Charlie for another awesome class. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What I learned this week was I cannot do and that is ok 😊 This was much needed and my Yorkie Sid joined me on the mat today 🐶🧘‍♀️🩷

I am very new to yoga and this has been so wonderful for me. When Charlie said to take a deep breath in and out, my dog participated. 🤭 We all need to take a deep breath sometimes. I hope everyone has a good day.

Beautiful and reflective wrap up to the week. As usual with Charlie, there was a new tidbit at the start with the sitting side stretches, where we cactused the lifting arm. Totally new and refreshing angle for me, with fresh sensations. Thank you Charlie😊The twittering birds were more pronounced today, as were all the other background sounds, which was wonderful!

I learned today that I don’t really hate restorative Yoga 😅 I didn’t feel in the mood for it and most of the times, if restorative units turn up in Yoga programs, I have the Impuls to skip them. Or I end up looking for another video, and not finish the program 🙈
Today I already wasn’t in a good mood, so I really didn’t care. And during the practice, I noticed how it really calmed me down! This was actually quite nice and fun! ❤ So, in the future, I will try and be more open for classes which I normally wouldn’t choose. Who knew it would be exactly the right thing at the right time! 😊
Thanks for this week, I’m looking forward to the next! 🙂

bending to the sides in low lunge gave me a new experience in stretching some muscles (adductors) in the legs, which I couldn't reach before, so these muscles gave me a warm welcome ;-) even that I'm stiff in the spine while bending to the side I could feel the stretch. Thank you so much!

Thanks again for another amazing class! What I learned from my reflection on the week was that I'm not there yet, but I'm here, and that's where I need to be. I'm a few days behind, but I'll get there when I get there, and I'm ok with that. Hope everyone else is enjoying your classes as much as I am!
