Omg, you are amazing. I started this after the awakening series and I am proud of myself for finishing one series.
I procrastinated in the morning with the excuse of a day gap after finishing one series. But somehow I made it in the evening and I did it.
And I can say today is the day when I am having the same big smile as you. This sense of achievement and continuing a good habit is amazing. Thank you for being part of my journey. I'm glad that I found you.❤️

I have completed all series one time this is my second time for this series. First time I was not able to do all aasanas correctly but now I'm able to do most of the Asanas correctly but one thing I want to ask when my hamstring get loose or flexible. I want flexible hamstring so I can do more correctly. thank you so much ❤️ it's all because of you ❤️

Its literally amazing..i came to your channel after watching ur sirsasana video....and further i started following ur this prpgramme....in just 09 min i am swaeting....i gonna follow all your programs...its just a gym guy...recently i loosed 30 kg's...i started from 112.9 now i wanna focus on yoga also....so i started doing yoga from few couldn't be able to do so....so i searched on youtube....and now i think i can perform want to work on my lower back hope i will by following ur programms

i started following your channel recently i like the flow alot, a feeling of calmness is experienced, i perform with ur video ON with 100% volume, but the instructions audacity is low which sometimes makes me to just observe and perform.
