I am amazed. I have osteoarthritis in both of my knees with baker's cyst. I have always been a fast walker. The past year slowed me down, and I hated it. By the grace of God, removing sugar, your videos, and a personal trainer, I am almost as fast as I used to be. I am so very grateful to you all! Thank you! Keep the content coming. Did I mention medicine and shot free? Exercise really makes the difference!

Thank you so much for your videos! I'm 62 and having trouble with my knees...1 is very stiff, sore, and can't close as tightly as it used to...the other slips out of place if my legs are crossed any at all.

I have grade 2 anterior spondyloliethesis and arthosis mostly places. Can I do this weight lifting cos my chiro had adviced me not to lift any weights.
