Hand over are the most nerve racking things to do especially if you are a new student nurse, nurses or even medical professionals. I have been through it that is why I decided to make this content for all of you.

This Vlog is intended for new nurses and student as well who have just started here in UK or for those who are planning to be here. Based sa experience ko kasi some nurses are not organized or sobrang messed up nang hand over nila na kahit isa wala kang maiintindihan, that is why I came up with this vlog to help you to be more organized, simple and have a straighforward hand over.
