Interesting how our brain's can actively sabotage our best efforts or highest aspirations, all in the name of "keeping us safe". Now I work to expand my perception of what's "safe" rather than trying to push against what my brain is trying to do to protect me.

Ive got this with a big decision to some degree. Deciding whether or not to buy my childhood home from my parents. It's expensive so it turns me off, even though we could technically afford it. And I back out, self sabotage and tell myself I'll lose my job and not be able to afford it, or something else will be wrong with it.

I tried to explain to people, that this is what's happening to everyone, but they have brain chemistry for things, that I have to do with raw willpower. It's honestly so tiring.

I'm working with autosuggestion to combat ANTs and I heard that autophagy can help with dopamine. I'll let you know how it works out.

I am using autosuggestion to combat Automatic Negative Thoughts (ANTs) and incorporating autophagy to help with dopamine levels. I will update on the results.
