I've been doing heavy cardio/weight training for years whatever phase I was in. It's the first time I try a menstrual phase pilates session, and, my body feels amazing. Thank you so much for your energy and advice

Nothing against this wonderful woman and an amazing setup and video quality, just genuine feedback: doing abs on a menstrual cycle is really the last thing one should do as they increase the tension in the belly muscles and can worsen the cramps. Finding so much ab focus in a menstrual cycle exercise video is a big surprise, unfortunately, was not able to enjoy this workout.

I've never experienced ads every 3-4 minuets in a video you must be making bank off this video! Also I agree with the comments below about doing abs on the first day of period--not fun. You use to have this really good Pilates for period pain video and this doesn't really compare sorry.
