Hey besties!

This is day 17 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 20 minute mobility, back, hips & abs pilates workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

This workout turned my legs into jelly and I thought I was already getting used to pilates. I almost did not want to workout today because I was tired but I remembered how consisten I have been till now. Thank you Madeleine.

I stayed away from working out and fitness for a long time because of my ed history, now with your videos, I love moving my body and I work out because I love my body and wanna take care of it, instead of hating it like I used to. Fell back by two days but finished day 17 today yayyy!!! So happy and YES it was burning by the end, and definitely need more mobility exercises as these ones had me CRYING

Really loved those last few moves. My hips are an issue for me so that felt great. This may be the most consistent I've been with anything. Had a small headache but I've been so motivated to keep up I went for it anyway.

Did this right before figure skating practice after school, and I actually loved it quite a bit. My booty hurts and this was a little bit hard, but I notice that I definitely improved since the last time I completed this one month plan. Thank you Madeline!! ❤️

I really enjoyed this one, cuz it really tested my core strength and stability
To anyone who's in doubt, you got this, it's ok to struggle, we all are pushing through it so ua are not alone
