I like Will because he cares about People. I have several health issues going on and I been working on them,
to get well .
I exercise daily, but I swim, walk, ride on EBike, etccc.
In our region everyone in this town is able to go to the gym, and over 400 other things to do.
It keeps us busy all day !!! There's no excuse for anyone in this town to say, they can't afford it, when
it's all Free from the age of 6 months - 100+ years old .

I am so glad to find your channel. I have sciatica RA now in my 2nd year. I started with these exercises, and the way you explained what to do, I can manage more. At age 74, was so shocked to have RA arthritis because I was a ballerina and gymnast person. I have gone through Dr's and Specialist examination. I already had treatment through a Cardiologist, Biotonicus and Phisio.
After one year in bed with many pains, I went through these treatments. After my 2nd year of 12 treatments each year, I have to keep up with my exercises. This is where you came in with useful exercises to do. This is helping me a lot. I never thought I would get better, but I did, and every day, I saw the difference. THANK YOU

I'm so glad I found your channel. I have lots of issues with my back, legs, and upper back and shoulders. Thank you for the exercises, especially prepared for people over fifty. I always worked out, but now I have come to accept my limitations. I'm going to take it easy in order not to hurt my body and further.

Very nice videos thank you so much. It was a bit hard though for me doing the practice on the soft mattress and I brought my yoga mat to the floor.
But for instance after an accident or in other bed bound circumstances it is just brilliant.
I am really happy I have found your youtube channel, as it definitely is one of the better channels with concrete practices without loud disturbing music and far to long videos. Yours are so exact to the point and filled with high quality substance 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Thank you, Will I spend 2 hours in the morning working out, everyday.
I can't do the first exercise ( I have knee issues ), I can do the second and third exercise.
I don't want to put a lot of pressure on the knees. I also do several other exercises from the bed too .

I am in my mid-seventies. I have been doing the bridge in bed for
many years. When I was young and middle-aged I did the bridge on the floor.
It used to be easy.
But, now it is not easy.
