I like this channel. That said I really hope that eventually they change the visuals to Light (the Presence) and ditch the darkness (which is an absence) and the floating rocks that do seem to resemble skulls. I will not be sharing this video until it represents being in the Light/Love.

I zoomed into some rocks and went through one and was going through a tunnel of pink crystals and as soon as i thought whoa this is cool it stopped

I always wanted to aşk maybe i asked it before while meditation when i feel a strong scraching should i scratch that place or try to ignore and kep on breading that is so difficult

Is each breath meant to be full, or just relaxed? I'm accustomed to very slow deep breathing, but want to understand other techniques (: Thank you!!

<edited> At the beginning, it says something that isn't accurate.  It says that this meditation technique is _"the only one Abraham recommends to everyone."_ 

The fact is, Abraham also offers another technique.  This is where you're simply being relaxed with your eyes closed, while placing your focus upon something boring and sort of droning, such as the sound of an air conditioner (or fan, white noise, etc.).

As a side note, Abraham has never mentioned the need for binaural waves.  Although these might be something that some people opt to add to the mix (which is certainly okay to do 👍), binaural waves are not necessary to achieve the effect desired. 🙂

I do agree, however, that this breathing pattern example is close enough to what Abraham recommends, if you're wanting to only focus on your breath.  (This is actually my preferred technique, BTW.) 💕

_in this case, _ the specifications are as follows:

*  Inhale for the length of 3 seconds
*  Exhale for the length of 5 seconds

I do want to say that this video is a nice and quite creative gesture by _Manifest the Divine._ It's very pleasant and easy to follow (although I think it's probably one second short per inhale and exhale, but this isn't a big deal). 😀👍✅

JSYK, referencing the video title, it's only this particular video that's new, and not the breathing meditation. Abraham has offered this breath-focusing meditation ever since the beginning of Esther's relationship with Abe, decades ago. 🌿
