What an amazing moment you just offered me. I'm so grateful. 

It's been a while since I've discovered this channel and I have enjoyed learning yoga with you two, so so so very much.
Following your answer on some other video, today I did a sequence of "30 Minute Total Body Breathe and Flow Vinyasa Yoga Class", Kapalbhati, Visama Vritti and finally this (and I pressed the first play at 5:05am or so hehe). Still a student but once I have the means you can be frickin' certain I'll join the Patreon-club.

Something you said at the end really resonated with me today... How it is ok to have and think about your future, plans and goals but that more time spent in the present will help the mind and soul be happy and healthy. I have recently reached my goals sooner than what I had planned for. Instead of living in the present and being happy with my accomplishments, I'm struggling to create and focus on new goals. Which means my attention is on that more than anything-I've been so focused on my physical yoga practice that I have forgotten about the meditation and mindfulness practice, I know what I need to do now! Thank you guys! I've been going in circles for too long with this I hope you understand just how much you both have helped my journey! I need to sign up to your patreon!
